Complaints may relate to a method of work which includes TMS CEE and procedure of the permanent staff and external persons involved ( auditors, controller, experts), as well as objections to the work of TMS CEE clients.Also, TMS CEE solves the complaints relating to any unfavorable decision which are related to the affairs of control/certification.
