On Tuesday, 31.01.2017.in the offices of TMS Academy, another “Breakfast with an expert” wassuccessfully held, with focus on mediation and arbitration, regarding solvingextrajudicial disputes in economy.
The lecturer BlažoNedić, lawyer, World Bank’s mediator and president of Serbian nationalassociation of mediators, spoke, among other things, about the use of mediationand arbitration institute in resolving disputes in economy, about coming to anagreement with neutral mediator’s help and controlling the result of thedispute, about the importance of arbitration and arbiter’s decisions and aboutreasons why most of the cases (more than 90%) in USA are resolved outside thecourt.
Kruna Gavović,mediator, member of the Serbian national association of mediators, spoke aboutmediation itself, its significance and ways its applicability in the economy.
